Our Team

Glenn joined the firm in 1975, became a shareholder in 1989 and currently serves as the managing shareholder of the firm. Glenn’s practice is concentrated in the areas of accounting and auditing, taxation, and consulting. He has extensive experience over the past 40 years working with closely-held businesses and individuals providing business consulting, tax planning, trust and estate planning services. His primary focus areas are estates and trusts, wholesale/retail trade, real estate and construction.

Marty is originally from Mobile, Alabama where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Alabama. Following college, Marty moved to Birmingham and joined the firm in 1989 as a staff accountant. in 1997, Marty became a shareholder in the firm. He has extensive experience providing financial reporting and tax consulting services to closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. His primary focuses are in the industry areas of real estate, construction, wholesale/retial trade and automobile dealerships.

She works in the areas of accounting and taxation, with a focus on business, individual, estate and fiduciary tax planning and preparation. Her primary industries of focus include digital marketing, retail trade, Ecommerce, real estate, and creative enterprises. Anna Kate Donovan has been with the firm since 2018. She is from Birmingham, AL and is a graduate of The Altamont School. She earned her BS in Accounting with a minor in English from The University of Alabama.

Anna Kate has experience in the areas of bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, sales taxes and payroll taxes.
Anna Kate currently lives in Trussville with her husband and 3 daughters.

Marie began her accounting career in 1988 working in the corporate world. She then joined public accounting in 2011. Marie has been on our team since 2019 and works closely with our clients. Marie provides a wide variety of client services including preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing and payroll tax preparation along with closing financials for year end. She has a wide range of accounting software knowledge that our clients can be advised. In her personal time Marie enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Sherri began her employment with the firm in 2017. She was employed 25 years with a local bank and has trust experience preparing 1041’s 990’s, 990PF’s as well as individual returns.
